It is important to mention here that, Bangladesh has a number of private TV channels and there had never been any instance of suddenly shutting down the channel by the owner by depriving journalists and employees. Rather, Bangladeshi government gives fullest protection to the rights and interests of the reporters and employees of every TV channel in the country. What was the rationale of holding hands to oppose computer education? Most teachers believed: ´computer education will transplant teachers´. They will be enforced to quit the job. Then naturally, teachers lose their livelihood. This unnecessary fear over future leads them for a blind opposition. Actually creative and enthusiastic teachers were confident to utilize the facility and face the challenge. The rights and states and the responsibilities of the federal government often are at odds. Is there any limitations as to what states can do when the federal government does not address issues that are affecting the citizens of states. States have a responsibility to create protect and keep their citizens safe. Laws created by the states cannot violate federal law but they can support federal law for numerous issues.

Just a week before the world's largest AIDS Conference opens in Vienna, Austria, yet another woman has committed suicide on being told of her HIV positive status. The XVIII International AIDS Conference (XVIII IAC) will open next week on the theme of "Rights Here, Rights Now." Wish if this yet another death due to HIV related stigma and discrimination could be averted. However, will the XVIII IAC adequately set the stage for improving HIV responses in the community so that no other person dies due to HIV related stigma?
